We also find it important that there is no competition between your own employees and the Fl@xr's and therefore, for temporary employees, we follow the hourly wages and conditions from the collective labour agreement (supermarket) that you follow. We also like to keep things flexible and want to take the administrative hassle out of your hands. We will therefore take care of the required agreements and the payment of employees. You will only receive an invoice, so that you as an employer can fully focus on your daily business.
