FAQ

About Flex@ble

  • How can Flex@ble provide experienced employees?

Anyone can work at Flex@ble! You do not need work experience in a specific industry, but we do indicate to you as an employer that we provide experienced employees, how about that? Prior to the first shift, the employee receives a general e-learning with all the information the Fl@xr needs to know about working in the supermarket, think of this as an introduction program. When the Fl@xr has worked 2-5 times in a specific formula (e.g. Albert Heijn or Jumbo), the Fl@xr will receive an e-learning specifically aimed at that formula. When the contractor has worked 5-10 times in a specific position (e.g. in the bread department or behind the cash desk), the Fl@xr will receive an e-learning specific to that position.

Cancellation policy

  • How do I mark an employee as a no-show?

Similar to reporting a Fl@xr as sick due to illness, you can also mark them as a no-show if the shift has started. You can do this by accessing the confirmed shift and selecting 'Did not show up', or via the desktop by clicking on the red cross icon next to the accepted Fl@xr and then selecting 'Report as No-show'. This action aligns with the yellow and red card principle; one instance of a no-show immediately leads to a blockage at your location, while two instances of a no-show elsewhere result in exclusion from the platform. NOTE!: In case of a no-show, we recommend promptly marking the employee as a no-show upon confirmation and manually scheduling one (or more) new shifts in the future to enhance the chances of finding a replacement.
